"Aren't you at least curious as to what this does?" Karyn asked as she stared at the cube in her hands. "You asked for a- Oops! I did, didn't I?"
"CURIOUS," noted Jon. "One side left."
Several moments of silence passed. Neither spoke, but just stared at the cube, afraid to utter a word.
"Oh, this is stupid," Karyn said finally. "I'll just say an animal."
"No Karyn," Jon shook his head. "Give me the cube. I'l use the stone to find out how to use it."
"No," she objected. "I'm not scared of this thing!"
"Just give it here Karyn. Stop hogging it!"
"Yipe!" Karyn squeaked with fear and tossed the cube back to Jon. As he glanced at it in his hands, the word HOG stared back at him.
