Karyn looked back at the pencil and picked it up. Then she began to erase everything she wrote.
Downstairs, Jon excitedly opened the door. And when he saw Zelda, he said ...
"Oh, are you here for Zoe?" Jon plainly asked.
"Yeah, is she here?" Zelda asked.
"Right here, Zelda," Zoe said, approaching her friend.
Jon rolled his eyes and then walked away. Why did his sister have to have such freakish friends? All that latex and weird dreadlocks? What a weirdo.
Why was he downstairs? He came down for a reason, but he couldn't remember what it was. He shook it off and went back to his bedroom. Maybe he'd remember later.
He had no idea that he was downstairs to open the door for Zelda, that only a minute earlier was going out of his mind with excitement to see her again.
Jon walked back into his room and saw Karyn writing something down with the magic pencil.
"Hey, what are you writing?" Jon asked, approaching her.
