Once they got to the hotel Karyn and Jon got out and headed inside. Karyn had offered Jon her arm which Jon took.
"Hi, we're here for our room keys please." Karyn told the receptionist. They're bags had already been taken to their rooms.
"Of course Sir." The receptionist replied. She turned around and started to look for the keys. Once she had found them she handed them to Jon and Karyn.
Jon slipped his in to his handbag as the receptionist told them their room numbers. Apparatus they were on the same floor.
Karyn and Jon thanked the woman before making their way towards the elevators. Once inside Karyn pushed the button that would take them to their floor. Jon had been surprised.
They were able to get two of the most expensive rooms on the top floor but then Jon realised. If Karyn was able to afford a week long date with Evangeline Lilly then he shouldn't be surprised.
"Hopefully we won't be needing the second room too much." Jon thought to himself smiling.
Arriving on their floor Karyn escorted him to his room where they paused.
"I hope you enjoyed tonight Evangeline." Karyn asked turning to face Jon. Jon gazed in to his eyes.
"Of course." Jon replied. "It was so romantic." He told him.
Karyn smiled. "Well there'll be plenty more of that later in the week." He said. He looked at his watch. "But it's late and I'm sure you're more tired than I am." Jon nodded.
"How about I pick you up for breakfast at 8?" Karyn asked.
"That sounds lovely." Jon replied. He then kissed Karyn on the cheek before heading in to his room.
If he hadn't been so tired Jon would have been amazed at his room but instead he found his suitcase and got changed in to a silk nightie before climbing in to bed where he fell asleep immediately.
