Jon looked at the notepad and realized what Karyn had done.

... has breasts the size of watermelons!! (.)(.)
Karyn couldn't stop giggling and Jon lifted his arms up.
"Jeez, Karyn! I've been a freak all my life because of this pencil?" This made Karyn laugh harder, tears were forming and she wiped them away before taking a breath.
"No, silly! Let me see your arms." Jon held his left arm up carefully so that his forearm's breasts wouldn't swing too much, and then steadied them with his right hand as he pulled the specially crafted arm-bra off of them. Karyn just goggled at the weirdest sight she had ever seen. It looked like two small watermelons the color of Jon's flesh were growing out of his left arm, with nipples bigger than her own at the tips. Jon's shirt was also pushed out more than her own by huge, watermelon sized breasts.
"Oh my god, I can't believe this!" Jon remembered his life before the way Karyn had twisted it with the eraser. He had been able to play sports and didn't have to keep his left arm tucked into his shirt in public (he was effectively a one-armed kid when his forearm breasts had begun to grow in the twisted reality). He reached down to pick up the notepad but Karyn had already grabbed it again. "Ok, erase that now, this is ridiculous."
Karyn ripped the page out and then tossed the notebook to Jon. "I don't know, this is kinda funny."
"Oh, funny, yeah. I'm a freak! I have tits on my ARM for chrissake! And these!" He indicated his chest. "46J is not a bra size you can find at Kmart you know. C'mon, please erase it?" Jon started to whine and Karyn felt some pity for him.
