Jessica crawled to her feet and said "You sick or something Mackie? You didn't paint me like usual." She looked concerned for him. He said "I was just tired. Milo had me run around all night. I'll call you when I feel more rested for another round." She shrugged and said "Alright. Go get some sleep. I don't want you getting killed out there because you're too tired." Jessica put on her panties and skirt and walked bowlegged out the alley. "She's a crazy bitch, but she's the first to help out if one of the guys need it." Mack said with a rueful smile. Alex just looked at him and said "It didn't look like you liked it that much." Mack just glared at him and stomped off. "I'll take her over you any day of the week." he said. Alex just smiled and followed after him. Alex decided to take them to a Neutral bar for the next rounds of drinks. They went in and people gave them a quick glance before going back to what they had been doing. Alex ordered a Highball while Mack had a tankard of beer. The two played darts and it was a clear victory for Mack. "A faggot like you can't handle a man's game. That's just how it." he said.
Rolling his eyes, Alex checked his phone for the time. "Shit! I need to go. I have to be in court tomorrow." he said after a drawn out groan. He got up and called a cab. "I can take you home, if you want." Mack offered. Alex just looked at him. "And show you where I live? Hell to the no." he snapped. Mack just rolled his eyes and Alex finished calling the cab. It took 10 minutes for the cab to come. Mack waited with him until it came. 'Whatever happened to the car they were driving?' the thought came to Alex suddenly. He told the cab to go a few blocks past his apartment. As it drove away, he could see that Mack was following from behind. Alex smirked as he knew what was going on. When he got out and smiled, he entered the front door of a different apartment. He waited in a blind spot and waited. After 5 minutes, Mack came in the building and passed him as the centaur went to the elevators. Alex quietly slipped out the door and gained some distance before breaking out in a run in the opposite direction of his apartment. He made a wide loop until he got home with a sigh.
