I told everyone in the camp about the afterlife and the Cardinal Virtues. I got some varied responses. Some were ambivalent to them. Some where tepid believers. The driders had never heard of them. That was okay. No one in the camp seemed to have a negative opinion on them. I hyped everyone on a miracle I was going to perform at the end of the week. I made sure to keep talking about it. The driders were all uneasy around me. The elves were amused at first but I could see that they were getting annoyed. On the day I told them I would do it, I gathered every around the middle of the camp. I summoned Nanael and he appeared in front of everyone. He, along with all the spectators, were really surprised and near scared. He was surprised about my transformation. I introduced them to each other after I got them all calmed down first. Scared people could be unpredictable and I did not need that. I had Nanael tell them what he knew about the afterlife and the Cardinal Virtues. He looked pretty uncomfortable speaking at first, but the honesty in his account moved the crowd.

He was surprised when he was cheered on by the crowd. With that, I turned to him with a smile. "Nanael, thank you for coming. I will be calling Mydaiel and Analim soon for my quest. Tell Mydaiel to bring my weapons when I call him. I am counting on you all. Also tell Analim to craft three small portable shrines. Thank you so much." He nodded and I dismissed him. The whole of Liante knew that I was not lying to them and were more than willing to listen to me in how and when to pray. I waited two weeks before I called on Mydaiel. When he came, he handed me all the weapons I had made. "I added some quivers full of Celestium arrows. I thought you might need it." he said with a smirk. He also had a light blush on his face. It seemed he had gotten his fair warning from Analim. It was also clear that he still had his crush on me. I let him stay for a few hours before I thanked him again. He got another hug in before I dismissed him. They looked at the weapons that were made. They had never seen anything like Celestium before. Mithril was a very rare substance for them. I was pretty good.

Analim was next and it was a month after Mydaiel. He had the three shrines ready. The symbol was a circle divided into four equal pieces with an X. "I love it. Thank you so much." I told him as I inspected one. He nodded and said "I've been missing you so much. It's so hard to hold back from temptation. When do you think you'll be back soon?" He looked very scared. Analim must have been at the end of his rope. I pulled him close for a hug and whispered "I will be there as soon as I possibly can. Go and ask Mydaiel to help you. He will keep you on the straight and narrow." He pushed me off and shook his head. "I can't! If I tell him about me, he will hate me. Not after he has been holding himself back for so long." That might be true. I did not want to ever see an angel of Kindness turned to hatred and bitterness. It would probably be even worse for his ongoing mental and spiritual health than for Analim. If I could stop them from Falling, that would be the best. I dismissed him and loaded two shrines on a wagon. I gave them to the other settlements and gave them the shrines.
