"No," Jay said. "She wanted a demonstration. And I'm giving her one."
"Why, you little asshole," Sarah's dad said, before grabbing for the device. But he didn't get a hold of it, because Sarah grabbed it from Jay first.
When her dad saw this, he said "Good grab, honey. Now fix this."
"Okay." But instead of reversing her mom, she fired it at her dad.
After the change, her dad looked down at himself, thinking he had lost his mind. He was having a nervous breakdown. Yeah, that's it. A breakdown. This couldn't happen in real life.
Instead of his college football sweatshirt and jeans, he now wore a white buttoned-up shirt with a bowtie and beige slacks. And he wore thick glasses, like the ones that his wife now wore. "Honey, what have you done to me?" he asked Sarah, with a nasally voice. "What happened to my voice?"
He looked down at his wife. She had stopped crying. And he had a feeling that that wasn't a good sign.
