For the next twenty minutes, they ate food from The Doggie Stand (which sold hot dogs and sausages) and talked with each other. They were having a great time, until Melissa and Ashley showed up. It seemed that they hadn't just run away. They had gone and gotten help: Biff Meadows.
Being the football captain, he was very muscular. He was someone that you didn't want to get into a fight with. But that's what was brewing right before them.
"Is that the twerp?" Biff asked Melissa, pointing at Jay.
"Yeah. He has this weird-looking gun that changes people into geek freaks." The term "geek freak" was something that the popular girls frequently called people like Jay and Kyla.
He turned back towards the geeks. "Where's Sarah? Where's my girlfriend?"
Sarah stood up. "I'm here. But I'm not your girlfriend. I'm his," she said with a shy smile, gesturing to Jay.
Biff's eyes went wide. What the hell did they do to her? he thought. She was dressed like a geek freak and acting like one too, just like Melissa explained to him earlier. Even though she still had her "curves", she had lost all of her sexiness. He hadn't believed Melissa's story, but he did now.
Then his eyes narrowed on Jay. "You're gonna pay for that, you freak." His eyes burned with anger.
