Jon was going to try to get back to his own reality, but stopped when something occurred to him. If his mom and dad didn't ... produce him together, then why did he still look like himself? Wouldn't he look more like a male version of his mom?
He looked at himself in the mirror again and realized that he was mistaken earlier. He didn't look exactly the same. His hair wasn't as dark as before, for one, now looking more like dark blond than brown, and his face looked slightly different. It was as if all the genes from his father had been extracted from his body.
But he still lived in the same house as in his own reality. Could it be that despite the changed sexuality of this world, his parents still lived together? Or maybe his father just wasn't around at all and the only people who lived here were Jon, his mother, and maybe Zoe and Mikey.
Being a little more curious about this world, Jon decided to explore a little more. So with that, he left his bedroom.
