Kenny looked at her and said "I'm sorry, my honorable lady, but the original price is the price that it will be sold at. Not a single cent more or less." She sighed in obvious disappointment before giving a small smile. "That is the right thing to do. Don't mind me and enjoy the rest of the evening." she said as she stood up and straightened her skirt. She then walked off. Kenny watched her go before he gave a sigh. "Foreign political fights are one thing I know I don't want to get involved in." he said to himself. When Geralt returned from the bathroom, Kenny smiled a bit. They sat together until Kenny's watch went off. It was five minutes to the sale time. They got up and went to the back. Geralt opened the door to the office of the owner. The owner had a nervous look on his face as he sat behind his desk. One of Kenny's men was sitting on a steel folding chair in the room with a heavy machine gun. Behind him was a suitcase with the serum. there were twenty doses and five shock collars as a complimentary bonus from the head doctor and scientist. Kenny took a firm grip on the handle and lifted it.
The soldier saluted and the two returned it. Kenny then turned to the owner. "Thank you for the service, sir. Wendalia thanks you." he said with a firm salute. The owner nodded meekly and gave a wave. The three then left the office and waited for the exact moment to begin the deal. They went as soon as the watch went off. The soldier left the machine gun behind and followed. They walked to the middle of the floor. Another group of three were already waiting for them. They had several briefcases with the cash to pay for the serum. It was a sale to be off the books, so it had to be in cash and in person. If there was any fraud, the thief would bring strong sanctions on their country. Kenny was confident the war torn nation would not do anything to draw anyone else into their conflict. Each of them took a briefcase. It was then that there was a loud bang. "Enemies are breaching the club! The insurgents are here!" one said. "Shit! What the hell is going on!?" the leader of the Cadini group ordered. "It's time to go. The Sage will tear through us like paper." Kenny said. The three turned and ran to the office.
In the office, the owner was scared and demanded to know what was happening. "All that we need to do is escape. Open the secret passage!" Kenny ordered. The owner snapped to and pressed a button on the underside of the desk. A panel of the floor under the desk opened up. It led to a slide and he crawled in. The three threw the cases down the shoot. The soldier went first followed by Kenny. Geralt was the last one to slide down. All three of them had handguns and they drew them as the picked up the cases. There were two cars in the garage. The soldier leaning against the car smirked and said "Let's go before they get down here." The trunk opened up and the shotgun and rifles were taken out. Kenny took a rifle and sat in the back. Geralt had a shotgun and the other soldier had a rifle. It was a matte black, armored sedan. They started the trip easily to avoid detection. However, as a black van began following them for several blocks, everyone in the car got nervous. "I can try to shake them, but if they're the enemy, it will kick off an engagement. Are you ready?" the driver asked Kenny.
