They thought for a long time before coming up with a possible answer.
"What do you mean you're going to clone me?" Alison asked Joy.
"Not exactly clone you, but make a version of your original male self. Then I'll just transfer your mind into the new body."
"What about this body?" Alison asked, pointing at herself.
"Well, we can give her a new mind. But this way, she can get pregnant and not one of us. She'll have the body you have now, so Karyn's wish will apply to her."
"I don't know, Joy. Do we have the right to just make someone get pregnant? Wouldn't that make us just as bad as Karyn?"
"Do you want to get pregnant?" Joy asked.
"Not particularly."
"Well, neither do I. Trust me, this is the best way." Joy held the stone in her hand and said "I wish that there's a mindless version of Alan standing next to me that would look just like Alan did right before we entered the mall tonight."
The stone glowed, causing them to look away. When they looked back, they saw Alan's double standing just a foot away from Joy. He was dressed in the same clothes that Alan was wearing earlier that day, but he was clearly mindless, just like Joy had wished.
"Now," Joy said. "I wish that Alison's mind would be transferred to this Alan," she said, pointing at the mindless Alan. The stone glowed and suddenly Alan's double blinked. "Alan?" Joy asked.
Alan turned his head. "It worked. I think." He looked at the sort of female version of himself standing a few feet away. She had a blank look in her eyes. She was mindless.
"And now for the last wish," Joy said. "I wish that Alison ..." she said, pointing at the mindless girl. "... would have the mind of a teenage girl her age and would think that she's Alan's sister." The stone glowed.
"Wait, why did you make her my sister?" Alan asked.
"She has to have a family. She looks like you, so it would make sense that she's your sister. Your twin sister, I guess."
Alison blinked. "Uh ... hi, Alan. Hi, Jon. What's going on?"
