When they came back, they were questioned. Apparently, they found two horses to form symbiosis with and then assimilated them. With the new half ton of weight they just gained, they were easily able to replicate. They all were scolded and they had the intelligence to look sad. "We are here to get back to Wendalia. We can't be caught doing silly things like petty theft. You are not to leave our sight. Understand?" the head scientist said. The head doctor sighed and said "We can report this as a beta test of their abilities. So far, no lives that can be tracked to us were lost. As long as they stay at this level, we can ask for more funding and run more tests." Kenny said "We still need to go send a retrieval team to search the facility for Yvette, Brianna and Viola. I told them to hide among the corpses before we left the facility. If they survived, I don't want to imagine how many corpses they would have on hand to assimilate." He nervously chuckled and said "For all we know, we could have a whole army of them walking around." The eyes of both the doctor and scientist widened in fear.
Kenny could definitely see why. They were explicitly abandoned during the extraction. If they were still alive, they probably won't listen to what they say. 'Actually, they all might be hostile to us. They could even easily destroy all of Wendalia with their powers if they wanted.' Kenny thought to himself. It was a very pressing need for them to confirm for themselves. The duplicates had to get their own rooms in the inn. Kenny had to use his powers again to get them in free of charge. Now, he had the attention of Ian and Geralt. They followed him around town all day. Eventually, Kenny turned to confront him. Both Ian and Geralt's were also there. "What do you guys want!?" he snapped at them. "You have powers like that Kenny? I wish I could do that." Geralt said with envy dripping from his voice. Ian looked at him hungrily. "Let us bond with you. Orion said that piloting was like a bond. If half of what he said was true, we could even beat Benny." Kenny groaned and said "There is only one of me and I am not going to be killed just for your entertainment." He then continued on his way.
During the night, Kenny tossed and turned at night. He felt very uncomfortable. Kenny's eyes slowly opened as he let out something between a groan and moan. When a small rustle under the sheets was made, he knew that something was up. He tore the sheets off of him. Ian was inching off the bed. Kenny sat up angrily and glared at him. "What the hell are you doing!?" he demanded in a harsh whisper. Ian saw that he was caught and crept up back to where he was. "Orion told us some of what happened. I knew he was holding back. I have mastered more trees than him. I will not let him leave me behind." "Geralt has more trees mastered than both of you and I do not see him here." Kenny replied. Ian looked annoyed as he leaned closer. "Geralt's too soft to push the issue and that's his loss. I will use your power to supplant him and the others as well. I already have more mass with my ooze than Benny, Gabriella, and Blaze combined. In a fight, they would not be able to consume us, even if we were to lose." he said as he ran a finger along Kenny's tail, ending at the tip.
No matter how much Kenny tried, he could not pull his tail away from him. "I'm too heavy for you. You wanted to know what I was doing, right?" Ian said with a proud smirk. Kenny only rolled his eyes and nodded. "Orion teased us when we asked him about you. He did say your strongest power was at the tip of your tail. We did not know what that meant, but he wouldn't say anything else. I can to investigate. I gently stimulated the tip of your tail until a drop of the numbing agent was secreted. From there I put it in my mouth to suck. I wanted to assimilate and deploy my own like Orion. I got a few drops, but it was not enough to make my own. I planned to activate your glands from the inside, so I used one drop of my ooze down your tail to explore. I found your womb. I was about to fertilize your eggs when you woke up." Kenny told him to leave, but the second Ian came in the room quietly. It said "I've already done it as we were talking. Two minutes ago, to be precise." Kenny was pissed off, but it was done and there was nothing he could do. "Fine. Take it!" he hissed.
