I don't frequent writing.com, but I've always made a habit of saving things I really enjoy for later. I think anybody who was on the Internet before about 2005 has a pretty deeply-ingrained understanding of just how fickle and fragile websites can be, and after the first couple years of suddenly not being able to find the things I liked anymore, I started getting in the habit of just saving anything I felt I might want later. Kinda amps up my space requirements, but I've never regretted it.
