I pulled off the small bag I was carrying on my back and opened it up to find my Map. The map was some what a surprise, I guess in my mind a map was a piece of paper or something of the sort. But do to the world's ever expansion and changes, the map could not be static. In stead it is a Digital Pad that kind of resembled a Palm Pilot with a GPS unit. This little gizmo
The MAP is actually a Multifunctional Application Platform. It has many uses including being a:
-Digital Map: gives me my present location, and allowed me to "search" for other characters in the world.
-Status Screen of My Info: experience, money, inventory of items, current health condition, and status of HP, MP and skills info
-Language Translator: each species has its own unique langue, by purchasing or finding carts I could update my language database so I could understand other species for communication
-also is my link to my home.
This little box is like my help window, it is the companion you need in a new world, makes it easier for beginners to start the world off.
