The children were doing well with their work. All of the academy students were Level 17. Leon, Luka and Link were already Level 26. I was Level 37. It was time for another one of Duke Bastion's galas. As a noble of the robe and a high ranking member of the military, I got leave to attend the party. It was another reason to party so I was looking forward to it. I wanted to make sure they did well, I called into the academies to check on them. Rachel, Danni, Kim and Kathryn were absolutely swimming in pussy. Being the only four with dicks in an all girl's school made them popular. They were also taking my advice so the school did not have any problems with it as long as they used protection. That was good. Leon, Luka and Link were also in high demand at the royal academy. I was invited to the private lounge where Duke Bastion, Duke Felix, Duke Ryder and several other nobles from their house. Suzie was also there with us. We had a few drinks before a map was brought to the table. It was a map of the new continent. "This is the map of the settled areas you charted for us. Though unfortunate, knowledge of Yejolli's tracking has led us to beef up our security and counter intelligence. While retribution can not be doled out for this slight, countermeasures will be coming. I assure you." Duke Bastion explained. Everyone nodded and he continued "Because we have existing treaties on the islands and on the mainland, we need governors and a group of nobles to oversee the land. I thought we would ask our explorers their opinion and give them the first crack at land." Suzie and I looked at each other and smiled. "Because of your rank, we will not be able to offer you a duchy or protectorate title. You are more than welcome to take a island or a county on the mainland." He smiled at them warmly. We smiled back at him.
Having my choice, I decided to be a landed noble. I already took the treasure I wanted and I had the beginnings of a new ethnicity. I was given a county with a population of people called Gasops. They had silver eyes and red hair the color of spider lilies. Gasops also had pale skin. It was a coastal county. The girls were all tomboys and they had a fully egalitarian society. That was all fine with me. I liked women who took could charge.As a navy man, I would have command of six corvettes, a pair of gunboats and a destroyer. We would both be given a fleet of twenty Battle mechas and two Elite mechas. We would be taken on a light cruiser. The trip would take place a week after the next academy graduation. That would be two and a half weeks from now. "I also wondered if you could give some insight on who would be good for the five islands and six counties." I said "Due to their being lots of water, I believe Loko nobles would be best. Boatstrongs and Gillmonds are suitable." That was not a popular decision. I was in a room full of Alphas. They did not take Omegas rising up lightly.
As time went on, Duke Bastion cleared his throat. "I will take this under advisement. What do you have to say on this, Dame Mechaheart?" Suzie sighed and said "The people I fought were mostly women led. Some even had women that dominated the men. They are going to need strong firm leaders that will be able to handle them and keep them in line. Nobles from the Darkrich as well as Moongard and Crawston should handle it." That was much was more agreeable in the room. "I think that that can be arraigned. We have very talented Alphas in the royal academy graduating this year." Duke Bastion said. A servant knocked on the door to tell us the students were arriving in the dance hall. The dukes nodded and dismissed all of us as they prepared for their descent later. I could tell as we left that my suggestion was going to be ignored. Even then, I did not make friends. I made sure Ken, Kenny, and Timothy were paired up with Danni, Kim and Kathryn. "When Bastion comes, you need to dance every dance. When you are made Lords and Ladies of the Dance, ask to be made knights." I told them.
