As I got the boys inside, I heard one of the sadist Omegas mock Travis. "See? Even your bastardmonger father isn't on your side. How pathetic! Then again, of course he would discipline one of his mouthy bastards." he said as others laughed around him. I stepped in the room and pointed at him. "Cadet. I see you like to insult your superiors. I am a Count and a Lieutenant Commander of the royal navy. I challenge you to a duel." he looked around the room shocked and tried to apologize. "No. Shut up. You wanted to insult me and my family. Words won't erase the pain you caused. Pick an Alpha from your group and I will take Kenneth with me. We will fight you in the battle simulators. "Lieutenant Commander, are you sure that is a wise use of your time?" the teacher asked. I glared at him and he flinched. "When the school called me in because you lost control of your class, you did not call me out when I disciplined my son. Shut the hell up!" I said. That shut him down. "Follow me everyone." I said. They all complied and we went to get changed.
Kenneth pulled me aside. His tail was swaying nervously. "Are you sure that you want me to go with you? I'm not as good as the others at this type of thing." he said. I looked at him and said "I heard you were not trying hard in school. Are you not happy with something." Kenneth looked down and his tail swayed harder. I put a hand on his shoulder and said "Take a breath and talk to me. I want to help you." Kenneth had a faux hawk hairstyle. "Theo and I don't like all the fighting and stuff. Do we have to do all of this just for the military? No one even appreciates Omegas that much." I looked at him and said "I want the best for all my children. If you two really don't have your hearts in it, I won't send you off to get killed. We can think of something else for you two to do. I still want you to train until the point where you get your commission from the military. That way you can say that you did your very best until the end." He perked up and said "Yes. We already know what we want to do." I asked him and he said they wanted to sing. I shrugged and told him I'd consider it.
When it was time to get in the Elite mecha cockpit, I was in the Alpha position. Seeing Kenneth bent over with his tail hanging down to the side was almost funny. I kept it all in to raise his up confidence. The Drak Omega was named Lee. He had a Drak Alpha named Damien with him. I was not that far along in the Alpha trees, but I was fully confident that I would be able to fight a simple cadet. When the countdown began, we both linked into the mecha. Kenneth was the one going through the minigames. I told him to have the wheels, lasers a knife as well as rockets. He was able to boot up the mecha early and begin the load out. It was then my turn to fight. I went and ran to the still booting mecha and began stabbing the hell out of it. I then jumped back and shot it with my rockets. It stood up and got ready to fight with a pistol. It was still in critical, so I shot it with my lasers. That did the trick and it blew up in front of us. That was a dominating win for us. Kenneth cheered and was happy to fight with me. He was also releasing his pheromones, but I let it slide.
