When she said that a popup appeared. Because of my win, the exhibition overall, and all the passive exp. from being in the academy, I had been able to level up. In the world, the players were evaluated by their level. Players aren't allowed to get into a Battle type mecha until level 10. At level 20, you would be able to get into the Elite type mechas. From there, it would not be until level 65 or until you enter a royal family that you could use a Imperial type mecha in the game. That was part of the focus of the academy: farm exp for students that will eventually become high officers in their armies. The military had its own ranks. They were based on the U.S army and had their own pay grades. They were second lieutenant, first lieutenant, captain, major, lieutenant colonel, colonel, brigadier general, major general, lieutenant general, and the general. All the students were cadets that would be given commissions. You'll stay in the academy until level 10, second lieutenant. At level 20, you were promoted to captain. At level 30, you become a major. At 50, colonel and you became brigadier general at level 65.

Obviously, the world was meant to basically be a war-torn world where factions rose and fell and the Players at the top managed the politics of the world. There was also a separate continent on the other side of the world that all the factions were interested in, but unable to because of the cold war. If a number of high level players got together, I had full confidence that a new faction could rise. The question was how the other factions and nations would react. The menu told me how many people were in the world at any given time. Machinima was not very popular as there were only about 600 people. The leader boards showed me that most of the top were alphas. At the moment, I was somewhere in the middle. There were some in the academy, but they made no effort to reach out to me. That was fine by me. I was Level 6 now. The Pretty Boys were all around the same. Because we had an established faction, I could see how well it was going. Leo and Liam had reached level 7. I had a suspicion that the leaders got more exp. in a faction, but I was still happy for them.

The Pretty Boys grew in popularity ever since that exhibition match. I was right about what I said to Alphonse. There were Omegas that were interested in talking to him and flirted with him. He would always look at me as if he could not believe it for himself. I would push him toward the Omegas and wish him a good time. Alphas came up to me in the same way. I shut them down quickly. I was not interested in any of them. If I wanted an Alpha, I had four in my own group to choose from. One person I was interested in was a Player in the school. He had been playing the game since the first day of the game. His name was Dusty Boi, a Fojun with hair that was a rainbow and pink eyes with hearts in them. Because of his eyes, he was considered a half-Loko. That made all the Lokos in the academy dislike him. He was an Omega and he was level 9. He approached me in order to see whether or not he could join the Pretty Boys. I got Alphonse and Finn to agree and he was in. We now had an Omega in the group. We were now a complete force.
