Born on Mother's Day

Jon had just watched an argument between Rick and his mother Cheryl.
Rick had been out all night and refused to tell her where he was. Rick said that she just didn't understand what it was like to be a teenager these days. Having had a wild set of teen years herself she instinctively responded "You have no idea. I just wish you could have lived through my teenage years."
"That makes two of us!" Rick said and left slamming the door. Jon saw potential in this and laughed. "Hmmm... Time travel body swap that's a new one."
Rick ran into his father on the way out. Rick Senior stopped him for a moment.
"Mom doesn't understand. I need my freedom!"
"Your mother understands. I don't know if you realize this but she had you young. She regrets a lot of her decisions at your age."
"Great I'm a regret."
"No, son. You were her savior from a downward spiral."
"Later dad." Rick stormed off.
Jon knew where he would be coming and he had a mother's day gift in mind.
