17 year old Eric entered the store and stared around in awe. "This doesn't look like the computer store to me," he said to the man behind the counter.
"They moved. Don't worry though, we have a wide selection of electronics. What did you have in mind?"
"Well, I've been saving up for a new computer. See, my family has a computer, but I'm getting sick of having to share with my parents, and especially my little sister Lizzie."
"I understand completely. It just so happens I have a laptop in stock. It's not exactly brand new, but it is in your price range." he pointed to a laptop in the display case. It wasn't as sleek as some of the newer models, but it looked like it had all the necessary equipment. Eric saw the price tag, $500, which is exactly how much he'd saved up. The brand, "MasterPC," was one he hadn't seen before.
"I'll take it!" he said.
"Very well," Jon said, "But be warned, this computer is much more powerful than it appears. Be sure to read the instructions thoroughly before you use it."
"Sure," Eric said, wondering what could possibly be so bad. He had used computers before, after all.
Before long Eric was walking out of the shop with the box under his arm. He noticed the computer was a brand he hadn't seen before, but he put that behind him.
