I liked the bit with Lilly as well :) However, I do think that this is kind of getting a bit out of hand. Weirdo, I've mentioned before that you have a tendency to try and turn things into some kind of monster Wagnerian epic, and this is kind of moving in that direction again. It's just kind of awkward trying to write a story dealing with the personal struggles and relationships of various characters, and having it veer into Silmarillion territory all of a sudden. Sorry...once again, I should've brought it up a while ago and I didn't.
Also, I didn't really intend for it to be that all the gods are up and around; Selene and Artemis have been incarnated, and a couple others are partially awake, but not all of them.
I'm really sorry; I try to take a hands-off approach to collaboration here, and usually it works great, but I'm not very good at spotting when I should say something before things get out of hand...
