Mikey was standing out in the hallway with his ear up to Jon's bedroom door. Earlier, he heard Jon talking to someone and from what he overheard, he realized that the other person in the room was none other than Santa Claus himself!
So without knocking first, Mikey opened the door and walked in. "Santa!" he said, excitedly.
"Well, hello there, Mikey," Santa said.
Jon groaned. Just great, he thought sourly. How am I going to explain this to Mikey? He momentarily thought about using the stone, but then he remembered that as long as Santa had his own stone, the wishing stone wouldn't work.
