A joke wish

Not one of the three roommates took the totem seriously
"Are you going to make a wish then Richard?" Lance asks condescendingly
"I don't really have anything I want to wish for though."
"Hahaha. You're acting like it's actually gonna grant it." Lance says
feeling a little irritated by that comment Richard puts his hand on the totems
"Alright then." "I wish Lance has a functional womb."
Lance raises an eyebrow
"GRANTED"
The totem had a somewhat robotic voice as it's arm swivelled upwards and then back
Lance gasped a bit as it felt like something had softly and quickly exploded within his lower abdomen
"HAAHHAhaaha!" "It's animatronic!" Richard stated, not realising what Lance had just felt
"That was unexpected." said Ned "I guess it has some sort of voice recognition."
Lance discreetly checked the outside of his body sensing no changes
"... Was that a coincidence?" he thought to himself
