Stepping out into the hall, Jon was about to enter the bathroom when he realized that his mouth had a slight minty taste to it. "Hum, looks like the stone did more than I thought."
With that out of the way, Jon make his way down stairs, slipping the stone into him pants pockets. What he did not notice was that these pants were beginning to wear, so there was a slight hope in his pocket. Not enough that there was any chance of the stone falling out, but enough so that it was making contact with his skin.
As Jon moved towards the kitchen he could smell the wonderful aroma of fried eggs and bacon. His mother knew he was a big eater in the mornings, so she would fix a large breakfast for him. He was just glad that he had the stone as he would have had to have just grabbed some toast and a juice bottle if he had not made that wish to get ready.
After he finished his second helping, Jon put his hand on his full stomach. "Thanks mom, that was just what I needed to get my day started," he said, while giving his mother a contented smile.
"I'm just glad that you always get up on time Jon. Your sister could really learn to take after you a little more. I swear that that girl, just barely gets enough food in her to keep a parrot alive," Janet said. "Just before you came down, Zoe took off after only eating a packet of yogurt and coffee."
"Yea, mom," Jon answered back not giving it a lot of thought. Zoe was his sister, but for the last couple of years she had really gotten weird. "I just wish that she was more like the sister that I used to remember." As Jon finished speaking he sneezed so missed noticing anything that would clue him into the fact that he made a wish. Also, Jon's pants changed a little to match the shape of his new rear, which grew a little fuller. It wasn't enough to be really noticeable as Jon usually wore his shirt out and it covered his butt.
The real effect of Jon's wish was that his sister Zoe became two years younger, being more like the sister Jon used to like before she became a Goth. When she left the house earlier she was rushing to meet her friend Andrea at her house before walking on into school. Now, she was meeting her friend Bethany, before walking with her to the middle school she was now going to. A fact that Jon was unlikely to find out about until he saw her again that night.
