We had been staring at each other for a few minutes before a couple more guy came over. They were also shocked to see me and the merman. The young man sighed in relief. "Cole. Norman. There's a harpy and a merman here. What do you want to do about this?". One of them smiled and cracked his knuckles. He said "We can take them Sam". The other was a smaller boy with glasses. "Are you crazy Cole!? How are you going to get him in the water and not die?" I raised my hands and said "I'm not an enemy. I was just passing by when I found him. You can do whatever you feel like". Norman said "That's good. Let's just leave. Jessie shouldn't have to watch us die for something stupid". Jessie held onto Sam and said "Are you really going to fight that merman? We don't need to risk it". Sam sighed and shook his head. "Fine. If that is how you feel about it, that's that" he cooed at her as he groped her ass with both hands. He then turned to me and snapped "Bird Boy!" I looked at him and he said "I like you. Yellow is my favorite color. If you don't have a place to stay, come with us".
He looked totally serious. I looked at the others who looked equally shocked. "You cannot be serious. He is not even a human! How are you going to get him past all the guards!?" Norman asked him. Sam said "We are apart of a thieves' guild! If we can't do this, what the hell are we around for!?". I perked up when I heard that. Joining a guild would be cool. "I want to join the guild. How do you do it?" He smirked and said "Usually, I'd fuck you. But since you're not a human, I can let you slide". I nodded and was about to leave when Muri splashed me. "Don't go away! I still want to touch your wings. Please" he begged. I rolled my eyes and said "I told you I cannot get in the water. If you came out the water, I'd let you touch all you wanted" Muri narrowed his eyes at me and groaned. "I'm hungry! Someone come in the water already" he whined. I laughed at the silliness. "So you're not even going to pretend anymore. You could have tried a bit harder" I forced out between the laughter. Sam walked over and ran a hand along my right wing.
It tickled and I quickly moved away from him. "Those wings are so soft! I bet I could make a great pillow from them" he said as he looked down at his fingers. Sam flexed them in fascination. All of the others looked curiously at me and my wings. Another merman came up from the water. He looked slightly older than Muri. Muri looked very upset at him and said "Dyno? What are you doing here!? Go back". Dyno smirked and said "Why? There is more than enough food for the both of us. In fact, we can go call Kuni over" Muri snapped at him and said "I don't need my brothers looking over my fins!". He then covered his mouth. Dyno did not look amused. "What did you just say to me?" he said as he moved closer. Muri shook his head with fear in his eyes. Dyno pushed him down and pinned his arms. "Hey! Leave him alone!" I called out to them. Muri might be a monster, but I did not want to see him abused in front of me. Dyno's tail was red and he glared up at me. "He's my brother. I will do whatever I like with him" he growled. I looked at Sam and he looked interested.
