Now, Jon had been most specific. He had specified he would be ready to start the day, as opposed to merely dressed. By coincidence, there was only one person who had just finished getting dressed, but had not yet started their daily activities.
He headed down the stairs to where his mother was in the kitchen. Something was odd, but he wasn't sure what. "I'll see you later, Mom," he said.
