"Well, I don't know..." began Jen, looking down at the stone in her hand.
"Oh, come on," said Sarah. "Quit being so indecisive." With that, she reached over and grabbed the stone from Jen, clutching it firmly.
"Hey!" exclaimed Jen.
"We all talked about this big wish yesterday, and I think there's no time like the present." Sarah glanced over at Karyn, who was watching the proceedings with confusion. "Besides, I kinda want to see her reaction. We can always make her forget later."
"Look, Sarah," Jen said, trying to be calm but firm, "I don't think now is a good time. Something weird --"
"I wish," said Sarah dramatically, louder than Jen was speaking, and then sped up for the rest, "that our cheerleading squad members all had faces and bodies like swimsuit or lingerie models, that our uniforms and the rest of our clothes were all really skimpy and sexy with no dress code or cold weather problems," and with a pointed look at Karyn, she concluded, "and that we all had hunky boyfriends who we can have sex with whenever we want."
"Oh, my God," muttered Jen, as the bright light from the rock escaped from between Sarah's fingers, and she had to look down. As she felt herself growing taller, she watched as her breasts expanded outward a bit -- they weren't becoming much larger, maybe only up to a D-cup, but they were becoming firmer and perkier. More importantly, her T-shirt shrank considerably, turning into a tiny spaghetti-strapped top revealing her midriff and an impressive amount of cleavage. Her skirt's hem had traveled upward a bit, to show off more of her shapelier legs, now sheathed in pink fishnet stockings.
Jen heard a strangled moan and looked up. She saw Karyn looking at Sarah in shock. That's because Sarah had obviously changed -- but not in the way she'd wished, not the way Jen had.
