I told him to get the head. "You need the proof when you get back to the cathedral". He looked at it in horror. I said "You wanted to be independent from your sister. You were the one who asked for this trial. You're an inquisitor now so you don't get to cry now. Fionna can't help you here". That spurred him to action. He picked up the head and returned to me. "Let me back up" he demanded. I crossed my arms. "Hell no! You can't be seen with me by the cathedral. They might not want to call this legitimate killing". He paled even further than he was with all his blood loss. Broderick said "What are you going to do? Don't you want to speak with my sister? Not that anything could come from it". I said "Walk. I'll escort you from a distance. You have to hurry before you get noticed by other people". He cursed harshly at me under his breath and began to limp off towards the cathedral. I followed him at a distance as I promised. I made sure to take my glaive back. When he walked into one of the side entrances, I took a lap around the cathedral before I entered from the main entrance.

Bloody and wounded, I stumbled through the doors. As I made it to the aisle, I was approached by a cleric and Fionna Grimlack. "Excuse me stranger. Would you like a healing? You don't have to worry. It will be free of charge for the first time" the cleric said. I nodded and allowed him to heal me. Fionna looked at me with concern. "Azil, did you find what you were looking for?" I looked at her in confusion. "You didn't see it? I did and you will be able to see it later" I said to her. She breathed a sigh of relief and looked to the sky. The cleric raised an eyebrow and asked "You know him, sister? For how long?" She began to stutter when I jumped in and said "We met earlier today. I went on a quest and now that I am back, I wanted to know how to join the church". They looked at me in surprise and the cleric said "Are you sure, sir? Will that not cause problems for you? While Yieldless have joined all of the faiths of Ether, not many non-humans enter the Church of the Moon". I nodded and said "I am sure that I want to join. How do you do it? You can tell me".

As I was saying that, two people approached me. It was Suzie and Broderick. Fionna and I were both happy to see them. Broderick was wearing a new outfit. He was decked out in chainmail that peeked from his beige button down shirt and an opened heavy leather shirt. Below, he was wearing black pants with stylish black boots with black metal knee guards with a large yellow moon over the knees. On Broderick's head was a black wide brimmed hat with a yellow feather. He had a glaive of his own and a mace. He looked at his sister and smirked. "I'm back Fionna. I'm an inquisitor now. What do you think of my uniform?" he asked. Fionna ran to him and buried her head in his chest as she sniffled. His eyes widened and he looked at us with guilt. He rubbed the back of his head as he cleared his throat. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this earlier. I made you worry" he apologized. "Double turnips tonight for your dinner" she said angrily. Broderick flinched. "H-hey! I almost died out there! Don't do that to me. You know I hate them!" he begged as he held her shoulders.

We laughed at their antics and she flinched and looked around. She forgot that we were even there. She wiped her face and smiled. "It was nice to see you. Come see me tomorrow and I will teach you about the church. We'll be going now. I need to prepare chicken stew for dinner". He pumped his fist in the air. "My favorite! Thank you so much" Broderick cheered loudly. She pouted and said "Double turnips for you and you better finish it all". He hung his head and groaned as he followed her out. I completed the quest and got some money. Suzie smiled knowingly and said "So you went on a quest for them, huh? Looks like I was right to stick around". I looked at her and said "That was you back there? Thanks. Couldn't have done it without you". She hugged me and said "Just wanted to say goodbye before leaving. I'm heading out tomorrow in the morning". I asked where she was going to go. She shrugged nonchalantly. "Maybe Delta City. I'm not sure yet. Whenever I get somewhere, I'll send you a courier. Maybe you can come join me".
