Permenant wish granted

As Janet was eating her cereal an idea sparked in her mind.
"I have a great idea" Janet said between bites "I wish that the egg inside me would only grow to five cells then stay like that and never die or exit my body"
Janet felt a warmth in her hips then dissipate showing the wish was granted.
"That was a good wish" Karyn remarked "now you can make wishes whenever you want forever"
"Hey, why don't we take advantage of that. I wish that every hour I become at least twice as beautiful as the hour before. I wish that I am the absolute monarch Queen of Everything and had complete control over time, reality, and space. I wish Karyn was my personal assistant and was with me at all times. I wish that in each solar system (other than earths) would have at least five planets that can sustain life and contain intelligent life .I wish that no one other then me and Karyn would notice the changes.
