At school, Jon could feel the guys stares on him as he walked down the halls. He had finally remembered that everyone would think that he is a hot girl. He rolled his eyes and went quickly to his homeroom. Roy said "Hi Jon." with a wave. The boy had been waiting for Jon outside the room. "You look really pretty today." he added when he realized he had been staring too long. Roy then made a point of looking away from him as he waited for him to return the greeting. As Jon, he had known Roy well. He was about six months from changing from a boy to a young man and a bit too shy to have luck with girls. Jon wasn't dating anyone either so they could bond over being single. Karyn was nice to Roy, but they were not friends.
Jon befriended Roy. It appeared that girl reality Jon had befriended him as well. Only with boy Jon, it had been friends between two guys, nothing sexual at all. Which was to be expected. Now, it appeared that Roy was more than a bit interested in Jon as a girl. 'God, I hope that Roy isn't my boyfriend.' Jennifer prayed to herself. Roy made no attempt to hold Jennifer's hand, but he did hold open the door for him. Inside the room, Orion came up to him. Keith was in the art club. He was a sculptor and sketch artist. Keith had a small smile on his face and said "H-how are you? Would you g-go on a date later?" Jon froze in place and said "Listen, I don't know. I really have to think about it." He blushed even more and said "I'll be w-waiting."
Another boy approached him as well. Pete liked to write stories on his free time. He always had his large green headphones around his neck. "Want to go to the library? I know that you were talking about the Grand Theft Auto online mode. I go there to read and write for inspiration." Jon was more likely to take that offer. When he got to his desk, there was no chair. He did not need it anyway, and the day soon began. While he got lots of looks and even some catcalls as he skittered down the hallway, he didn't get any more offers for dates. It seemed that he was out of most of the guys league unless they had the confidence or status to approach. He held the stone and said "I wish Karyn was considered just as hot."
