Jon didn't use the empathy belly at all throughout the next day. Of course, he hadn't noticed it was no longer a rock. He'd left it at home went he went to school, securely hidden in his wardrobe. He and Karyn had plans for the stone, but they weren't in a rush.
Sarah McMillan, on the other hand, was. Sarah had overheard Karyn's mistake the day before, and seen her transform into a girl as blond and buxom as herself before her very eyes. And that was nothing compared to Jon, who had come to school both heavily pregnant and busty, although neither made sense for a 16-year old boy.
Funnily enough, while plenty of guys made fun of Jon for his surprising condition, nobody else had batted an eyelid at Karyn's new look. Sarah had carefully plied information from the horny boys in class "“ since if anyone would notice a change in a girl's bust size, it would be those drooling monkeys "“ and they said that this supposedly new, blond Karyn looked no different than she had the week before.
Sarah had even seen Karyn touch Jon's belly when she made her wish and heard the conversation between them afterwards. Aside from the obvious, there was something unusual and special about Jon's pregnancy. It was magic, no doubt. Sarah had seen it change people, then alter the memories of other people so nobody was the wiser. This had definite possibilities!
Sarah simply had to take advantage of this power, whatever it was. So that evening she hatched a plan to steal it from under Jon's nose, if she could.
It wouldn't be easy to get at Jon, she thought, I can't use my usual seductive charms. Jon does, however, like to play the good Samaritan and there was that history test tomorrow...
Sarah put on her most frumpy serious student dress and went across the street to Jon's house and rang the bell.
"Jon....Door!!"
Responding to his mother's call, Jon waddled down the stairs. He'd put the empathy belly on after he got home, and removing it was time-consuming operation. As he descended the stairs, Jon wondering who it could be at the door. He did not expect Sarah.
"What do you want Sarah? I don't have time for your games right now."
She pouted. "It's not games Jon. I am really worried. Mr. James has that nasty history test tomorrow and I just am not ready for it! I need your help!"
Jon sighed, "Why don't you ask one of your boy toys to help?"
"You know they aren't as smart as you, besides I can't get a hold of them on this short notice. Please help me, please!"
Jon sighed. He figured he had to help or he would never get any peace.
"Okay, bring your books and come up to my room."
Sarah followed Jon's waddling, pregnant form back up to his room. What a dump, Sarah thought.
As Jon slowly lowered his bulk into his desk chair, Sarah decided now was the time to hatch her plan. He didn't know what she already knew about his pregnancy, she was certain. It only took one moment of surprise and she would have it all
