Softly, the stranger whispered into Jon's rock, "I wish this stone and only this stone would turn into a pregnancy empathy belly harness that would only grant wishes while it is being worn by someone and only to either the wearer or anybody else who touches the belly part of the harness."
There was a flash and the stranger was suddenly holding a heavy-looking empathy belly suit, complete with a large pair of falsies. They placed the cumbersome object carefully down at Jon's bedside.
As they were about to leave, the stranger turned back with a second thought. Pulling their own stone from their pocket, the stranger added, "I wish that empathy belly looked so realistic when worn under clothing that anyone who saw the wearer would believe the belly and breasts were real until they were told otherwise. That should be amusing."
With that, the stranger left as silently as they had come.
