"Mom!" she heard a girl yell. She turned around and saw a girl that looked like an older version of Zoe, except she wasn't Goth. Karyn was still there, but where was Jon?
"Zoe?" she asked.
"No, it's me. Jon. You turned me into a girl!"
"But ... that's not ..."
"Give me that!" her new daughter yelled, snatching the stone from her. "Even if you worded your wish exactly to fit Zoe, it wouldn't have come true, since wishes can't be reversed."
"So, Zoe is stuck as a boy?"
"Yeah. No thanks to you."
"I don't like your tone, Jon. I'm still your mother, you know."
"Yeah? Well after this, I wish you weren't." Jon's eyes went wide. "Oh no, what did I do?" she asked, realizing that she was holding the stone and that it was glowing.
