On his way home, Tim got a lot of odd looks from people. But what did he expect? He was wearing a sundress! Something a woman would wear. Some people thought it was funny, some people thought it was disgusting, and others just figured that Tim was one of those transgendered teens, which didn't really much exist in the town of Lake Point. Well, he wasn't, and more than anything he was feeling nothing but humiliation wearing it, which caused him to quicken his pace. The sooner he got home, the sooner he got back to wearing something more normal. Then people wouldn't pay him any mind, which he preferred.

At the same time, another person was also walking through the neighborhood. In fact, it was the woman from the store who had been ensnared by the runaway magical phenomenon. Her name was Bethany Black, the mother of none other than Karyn Black, the former Jon Gibson's former best friend. She had been at the store to do a little morning shopping, unable to even fathom that her going there would cause her life to completely change in some way.
Tim Brant, as it turned out, would eventually become someone very similar to Bethany, which was kind of funny, considering Tim was one of Karyn's closest friends and he was about to slowly become more like her own mother.
