It was during the fourth period of the high school classes when Jay Duncan finally made it to his destination. He blinked, waking up from his trance, only to find himself in an unfamiliar bedroom ... and wearing clothing that was definitely not his. He was standing in front of a mirror, as if modeling it. And he wouldn't be caught dead in any of it. Or he would, if any of the football team saw him wearing it. It was a black Victorian dress. He took a step forward, and nearly fell flat on his face due to the shoes he was wearing. "Fascinating," he said. And terrifying. He didn't want to go out like this...he looked around for a phone, to call for help.
Agatha Pierce, 20-something owner of the Spiked Pit, wandered off. She lived alone near her place of business, but she was wandering far from her usual routes.
Tim was in a bit of trouble. When he finally found his clothes, a store worker was folding them and putting them on the shelf. She'd offered to sell them to him, but he didn't exactly have any money on him. This forced him to walk out of the store, and try to walk home in the clothes he'd been stuck in. And the mall was nowhere near school or his house. The magical induced endurance that had jogged him to the mall had left him a bit tired. And he had no phone or money to call anyone...not that he wanted anyone to see him in a dress, but what choice did he have?
