Linda got a strange text from someone she didn't recognize. It just came up as a number, the name not being in her contact list. "Where R U?"
She frowned. "Who is this?" She wrote.
"Things are crazy out. Coming over," the text said.
She frowned. Should she call the police? she wondered if it was just a wrong number or what. She got into her car and headed downtown, intending to not be there is something happened, pleased her kids were already safe at school. She drove for about ten minutes, and then suddenly pulled over. "Where am I?" she took this route every day. How could she get lost?" This looked like a quiet suburban street....not unlike her own, but where was she?
