Meanwhile, Zelda and her friend Athena (a "witch" type Goth girl) were at school, walking to class together, when suddenly Zelda got a strange blank look in her eyes and started walking in a different direction. Athena noticed and asked "Hey, where are you going?"
Zelda didn't answer. Athena tried to follow her, but suddenly found herself overwhelmed by a feeling that it wasn't something she should be concerned about. She resisted it, suddenly believing she was being overcome by powerful magic. It was probably only because of her belief and knowledge she even was able to recognize it at all. She forced herself, hard as it was, to grab Zelda's arm and try to stop her.
Zelda tried to move forward, dragging Athena several steps. Athena was stopping the magic from continuing. But would she succeed, or would something stop her?
