It was around this time when Linda Gibson had arrived at her destination, still in a trance. She easily walked into the house through the front door, as if it were unlocked, then made her way up the stairs and into an unfamiliar bedroom. The house belonged to the McMillan family. The room, which was bigger than her bedroom at home, belonged to Sarah McMillan, who went to school with her children.
Linda didn't know what Sarah was really like, though she knew her mother, Susan. She was very well known around town as a socialite, and her reputation proceeded her. Linda slipped off what she was wearing and started dressing in one of Sarah's cheerleading outfits. She didn't quite have the figure for it, but she slipped into one of Sarah's bras, then the uniform, and finally a pair of stylish sneakers.
At school, Sarah suddenly stopped in mid sentence, turned, and walked away from the person she was talking to.
Linda blinked. "Where am I?" She didn't immediately notice the clothes she was wearing. Confused she exited the room and ran straight into Susan McMillan. Both women yelped in surprise.
