Doctor Fisher gave Jon a mirror and Jon saw a pretty girl. She screamed at her reflection.
"You see Jon, or whatever you want me to call you, you have gone through the effects of a very rare disease called Sudden Gender Metamorphosis or SGM. SGM changes all of your sex hormones to their opposites. So all of your testosterone was converted to estrogen. Also I would advise you put on some better fitting clothes" The doctor said
Jon had a hard time processing all of this. He had just became a girl and an attractive one at that
