The lights, the noise, the stress of being in a situation that she had no control over, that she was being pushed into, that she had no idea of how to handle (after all, she wasn't really this June Lin ... she was Jon Gibson), she immediately took out the stone and whispered "I wish I was back home with my mother Linda, my sister Zoe, and my brother Mikey." She wanted to be very specific, thinking that it would be the only way to get exactly what she wanted, unlike last time. Unfortunately, what she failed to realize was that this wasn't her wishing stone, but rather the Gender Reversed Stone.
She disappeared from the mall and reappeared in her bedroom, but while the design of the room was right, the furnishings were not. It looked like a girl lived here. Was she stuck this way for the rest of her life?
At least she was back home with her family. She left the bedroom and went downstairs, hearing voices coming from the living room. But there was something odd about them. They didn't sound like how they should have. But there was a reason for that. One that she would immediately notice upon entering the room.
Once down the stairs, Jon just stood there, eyes wide. This wasn't her family. First of all, they were all Asian, probably Korean, like her. And second, the one adult in the room was a man, the teenager was a boy, and the pre-teen was a girl.
What Jon didn't know was that when her wish was granted, it turned her mother Linda, her sister Zoe, and her brother Mikey into the opposite gender. So now she had a father named Jeong, a brother named Zane, and a sister named Michelle.
"June, what are you doing here?" Jeong asked. "Shouldn't you be at the mall?"
