As Jon was thinking how there was nothing that he could not do there was a little noise in the room. The noise grew into a sharp screetch and Jon had to close his eyes and ears to keep from hearing the awfull sound.
Jon then yelled "Stop!" and the noise began to fade away. When he looked for a source of the noise he saw a little person like creature in the center of his room blowing a whistle. It looked like an adult, but little like in anime when a character it drawn as a miniature vertion of them self. (Chibi to be on a technical term) It had black hair that was hiding under a bule had with a sparkling star on top of it. It wore a tunic that was blue with a brown belt on it. Jon could not see it's legs, but it had very large feet with brown pointed shoes.
"Hold it right there Mr. I-want-to-be-so-powerful-that-anything-can-happen-when-ever-I-want-it-to. You just made one of the book wishes."
"Who are you, and what do you meen book wishes?" Jon asked the small person.
"I am Kremdal of the four book wish sprites. You my frien asked for unlimited power, but even that wish has it's limits. Sure you can do anything you want, but to an extent. We've seen this happen so many times in time and space that a rule book had to be made to keep this kind of wish in order." Kremdal snaped his fingures and a large hardcover book the size of a dictionary appeared in the air and flew at Jon catching him off guard and pushing him into the wall with a thud. "Read this rule book and you'll be fine. If we catch you breaking any of these rules then your powers will be taken away. Plus, to make sure that you actually read the rules, your powers will be taken away untill you finish the book. Ok, with that I'll be off, oh and if you are ever visited by any of the four book sprites then you had better have a lot of free time on your hand because your wishes will be cancled until you finish any book given to you."
With that he disappeared. Jon just stared at the book on top of him and opened to the first page. "Chapter One, respecting other people. Your powers can only help you if they don't affect thos around you...." Jon got bored of the book really fast and fell asleep while reading it. Jon was woken up to someone calling to him.
