Horrified, Jon pushed Karyn away from him. "The stone! You just wished..."
"What? Oh, Jon, I did! How can I ever..." But Karyn didn't feel anything strange. Not really. She didn't have half her body backwards, she didn't suddenly have any male parts. Everything seems normal.
"I wish I knew what just happened," said Jon.
"Nothing happened... did it?" asked Karyn. "You look normal. You don't have two heads or anything."
"No," said Jon. "Something did. You wished we'd be freaks... and what you meant by a freak wasn't someone with two heads. What you meant was someone who's attracted to people like Mike."
"Jon, I..."
"Look, Karyn, it's fine. I really do want to go out with Mike. Before you made the wish, I was just testing the stone, but now I want to go out with him. I have to do it anyway at least once because of the wish, right? So I may as well enjoy it."
"Jon, why did you have to be like this?" Karyn looked at Jon. It seemed a little bit suspicious, not like she usually looked at Jon.
"I know what you're thinking," said Jon.
"What am I thinking?"
"You're thinking that you wanted to be with me, but you just realized you couldn't because you don't want to be with someone with a regular male body like myself. You became what you call a 'freak' who doesn't like normal guys."
"Jon, you can still use the stone. Just wish that your body is appropriate for me..."
"I can do better than that. I wish that you're a 'freak' because you have the ability to magically control your breast size, rather than because you're the kind of freak you were thinking about."
Karyn hugged Jon. "Oh, Jon, thank you... Now you just have to fix yourself. You can, right? The same way you fixed me?"
"I can, but I don't want to, Karyn."
"What? But you changed me back. Jon, I like you. I want to go out with you!"
"I already have someone I want to go out with. Mike. I don't want to change my own mind and lose whatever chance I might have with him...."
