Jon had to clutch the bannister tightly, but he managed to make it downstairs without falling over, and then made a beeline for the front door.
"Leaving already?" Karyn's mother stuck her head out of the living room, and Jon stopped at the door.
Jon was a little stunned to see that the reality-altering aspects of Karyn's wish had apparently affected her, too. He'd always found her somewhat attractive -- she'd been a more feminine version of Karyn, albeit several decades older -- and now she had blonde hair and a more voluptuous body. And now he could tell that her arousal was increasing with him standing there.
"What's your hurry?" she asked. She walked closer to him. "I could call your parents for you, tell them you're eating dinner over here..."
Jon gulped. She was wearing her own arousing scent, some perfume that he didn't recall -- in this new reality, it seemed, she was more outgoing, at least in his direction.
His brain was telling him to excuse himself and leave, with the possibility that he might make yet another wish at any moment -- but despite his feminine trappings, he was still male where it counted, and that part of him wanted to stay with Mrs. Black.
