He couldn't remember anything after the injection. What had happened? He looked down, checking himself out....discovering the word he was hardly a pronoun that applied.
The woman in the mirror looked to be about twenty-five, with long dark hair, and a figure that could have graced a centerfold. Jon noted she was Hispanic. It was strange...he'd expected...well, he didn't know what to expect. Strange could have so many meanings, and his hometown didn't have many Hispanics in it, being mostly Caucasian.
The girl...no woman...in the simple hospital gown was him now...until he wished himself out of this. He was actually aroused by the sight of himself, which was a bit disturbing.
He left his room and started down the hall, looking around, peeking into rooms for signs of people. No one was home.
He checked a clock. He'd been asleep, it seemed, for about a week. It was the middle of the day though, and his family would be at work. He found himself wandering back upstairs to the device he'd found by his bedside that was unfamiliar. There was a note attached.
"Please place the goggles over your eyes, and the headphones over your ears and press the on button."
He did as instructed, curious what it was. "Hypnotron engaging..." There was a sudden blast of light and sound.
