Janice Adams finished unpacking another box of things. She decided the house was shaping up nicely, but she had this nagging feeling as if something was wrong. She just couldn't put her finger on it.
She wanted to get the house in order. She had a new job she'd be starting. She wandered into the room she'd set up as a home workspace. She sat, feeling rather comfortable in here, more so than the master bedroom. It had a feeling of familiarity to it.
Janice wondered if life would be good here. She thought of the advice of the woman at the hospital, about how a fresh start would be good for Taylor. She hoped Taylor was making friends at school today. Good wholesome friends.
