"Do you remember your punishment?" Karyn asked.
"Sort of," she said.
"What happened to the stone?" Karyn asked, suddenly.
"It was with...the old stuff...and they took it all to give to another punished person."
Karyn started. The stone could have been in any of his things, and end up with anyone.
