The three Sydneys thought it over, but not for very long.
"No," said Rick/Sydney. "You told me when I was your father."
"You still are my father. Somewhere in there," Lisa said.
"My point is that you told someone. And while he didn't believe you, he eventually became a problem for us. What's to stop you from doing the same thing again? We can't ... uh ... Lisa, honey. Run! I can't ... uh ... I ..."
"Dad? Is that you?"
Brenda/Sydney and Susanne/Sydney snarled, then darted towards Lisa, who immediately darted away herself. The front door was locked and she didn't have enough time to open it, so she instead ran further into the house, hoping to find another exit.
As Lisa fled, the third Sydney regained control of her new body and joined in with the pursuit, cursing herself the whole way that she lost control in the first place.
