Lisa decided to just head home - she was almost there anyway. She knew that the medallion could be dangerous, but it at least had the note with it. So as long as someone read the note, maybe it wouldn't be as dangerous as Lisa first thought.
She hurriedly made her way towards her house and walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. Moments later, the door opened to reveal her father.
"Lisa? Oh my god, Lisa! Are you okay?" he asked, quickly stepping outside and embracing her. "We've been worried sick about you. I even got the police to look for you."
"I'm sorry, Dad. I ... I don't have a very good explanation for ..."
"Just come in. We can talk about it inside. Just start from the beginning."
"Where's Mom?" Lisa asked, as she walked inside.
"She's out. She said she needed some time alone. Now just sit there and I'll get you something to drink. What do you want, honey?"
"Uh, just some water."
As her dad went to fetch her water, Lisa wondered if she should tell him the truth about everything. The medallion, the ankh necklace, Sydney ... everything. She didn't like lying to her dad, but her experiences might be too hard to believe and she didn't have any proof to show him. He might think that she had a nervous breakdown or something, given her disappearance.
Her dad returned to the living room with a glass of water and handed it to her. Then he sat down next to her. "Now, tell me happened."
