"Can this thing make fantasy creatures," asked Karyn. "You know, like elves and stuff?"
"I think so," said Jon. He was pretty sure that fell under the 'other living things' category, but decided to check anyway. "We should be able to do that. We could even combine real people with fantasy elements, making fantasy versions of ourselves or other people."
"Sweet," said Karyn. "I think that I know something that we can do. We just have to make sure that we include something in their personality that makes them accept and be ok with how we've made them."
"Sounds like a plan," said Jon. "Though that would bring up the issue of messing with people to make them like having been messed with, wouldn't it?"
"I suppose so," said Karyn. "But we can't find out for sure until we try it, now can we?"
