"Well, we're NOT doing that..." said John, running his fingers through his hair - his face a mask of frustration. He glanced back at his almost unrecognizably obese girlfriend. Had he really thought this would be a good idea? His once shy, dignified and sexy girlfriend was shifting her almost impossible tonnage from one elephantine leg to the other. The sight of her - rubbing her swollen, bloated belly and moaning. Her face was so fat - her lips so thick and jowls so heavy - that she hardly looked like 'his' Silvia anymore.

He turned back to the box that held the 'toys' he'd brought home. The dress...had been a mistake. That was obvious now. Instead he searched for something a little more 'restrained' for their second time around. Perhaps something...a little more...

"I'm going...to get something...to eat..." Silvia wheezed like a laboring heifer.

John sighed, then nodded. "Good idea. There's chips in the kitchen. I'll send out for a pizza, and we can get through the next few hours as pleasantly as possible. I know it must feel strange..."

He heard her turn and waddle away, her heavy tread and breathing fading as she trundled away. He went back to the box, looking for just the right item. He'd thought it would be so erotic to so drastically change Silvia, but this...was a little more creepy than he'd intended.

Wait. Was that the sound of the front door?

"Silvia? Hey, Silvia?"

Would she have left?

He got up and went first to the kitchen (mistake) before running to the door...and seeing his blubbery girlfriend squeeze her bulk into her car. He ran up to the door, but it was locked.

"Silvia!" he shouted.

She looked up at him, then turned away and backed out of the driveway. He pounded on the door, then ran up to the house and snatched his own keys, but by the time he got back to his own car...she was gone.

With a sinking feeling...he also realized that she'd never taken off the Medallion of Zulo.

***********

Silvia could...not...think. With the echoing, howling emptiness that was both her belly AND her brain, all she could really focus on...was food.

Food. Both her mind and her body bellowed and begged for food. No...not just 'food', as she'd always known it. She wanted...to gorge. To open her mouth and stuff her face. To feel her belly swell and fill and tighten against this beautiful dress. Though she knew...something was wrong about all this, she also knew she wouldn't be able to settle down until she'd stilled the aching NEED that was her hunger. She thought at first that she'd just hit the KFC or Mc Donalds downtown, but as she drove past them...she had an inspired idea. Every day on her way to work, she'd passed by this place called 'Boss Hoggs', that advertised 'Real Down Home Cooking', and seemed to specialize in BBQ. As an almost Vegan (she sometimes cheated and had chicken or fish), she'd always thought of the place as repulsive. But now...her mouth watered as she day dreamed about things she'd long since turned her back on. She imagined herself digging into a platter piled high with babyback ribs...her teeth slicing into a heaping pulled-pork sandwich...her belly packed with potato salad, buttered cornbread and baked macaroni cheese. Her belly rumbled again, but as she pulled into the parking lot of 'Boss Hoggs' and saw the place was busy, she began to smile. As she struggled to heft her massive body out from behind the wheel, a trickle of drool escaped the corner of her mouth. The hostess - dressed in red and white checkered gingham and looking as 'country' as can be - gaped as Silvia squeezed through the front door. Still, she was a professional.

"Welcome to 'Boss Hoggs', ma'am. May I seat you this evening?"

The smells...the lovely, heady scents of barbecued pork and spicy chili...made her belly rumble again. She gasped out "Yes, please...feed me. I'm jus' so hungry..."

The hostess (her name tag said 'Becky') smiled professionally, and gestured towards the dining room. "Well, we'll do our best, ma'am."

**********

Every head turned and every mouth gaped as Silvia - all 800+ lbs. of her - lumbered to the booth that Becky led her to and lowered her titanic bulk behind the table. Complementary cornbread and butter was provided, and as she began to look over the menu...a pair of appreciative eyes sized her up. Someone clearly liked what they saw.
