The drive home

As Daniel was driving home listening to his mix of music from the '80s and early '90s he just couldn't stop thinking about the medallion for some reason.
He didn't normally obsess over things like this, but for some reason couldn't quit looking at it.
Finally he pulled into his drive way. He got out and locked his car.
Then remembered to grab the box. So he unlocked the car and got his moms present.
He took the box inside trying to keep it hidden so his mom wouldn't ask him questions.
When he got to his bed room upstairs he decided to grab an old rag and clean the medallion. See Daniel had a habit of reusing his old clothes as rags when he'd work on his car he wasn't much of a mechanic, but knew his car well.
He'd recently gotten a tattoo on his left bicep it wasn't much just a tribal band.
Any way he grabbed a rag and went and got some CLR and decided he'd polish the medallion. Then it happened as soon as he touched the medallion with the rag he felt a shock. It wasn't much of a shock but enough to know something happened.
He just made a mental note next time he used CLR to make sure to use gloves.
Then he felt funny. So he decided it best to wash his hands.
He walked to the bathroom down the hall.
That's when he got a surprise. His tattoo was gone.
He wasn't sure why but he knew something had to have happened.
I mean tattoos don't just disappear. He also noticed his hair was a little longer.
That was all that changed then he realized that he looked like he was 19 again thats when he had his longer hair that would also explain the tattoo disappearing.
Then it clicked the medallion. He ran back to his room and looked at the medallion for any kind of clue.
When he didn't find anything he threw the box on the floor that's when he noticed the note fall out of the box.
It must have been under neath the newspaper stuffing that was in the box. He read it and couldn't believe it. Of course in his current situation he had no other explanation.
So he decided not to give it to his mom because who knows what could happen.
He figured the note said every transformation can only be changed or reversed after 12 hours.
He was just glad that no one would notice any difference other than his hair being a little longer and he was pretty sure no one would notice that either. He'd just have to wait it out.
